What is included in the $199 personalized hardcover service?
The service includes your submitted family material, professional book design, a digital proof for approval, and preparation for printing. Your proof is generally provided within 7-14 days.
Do I have to use every digital feature?
No. You may write only, record audio, upload video, add photographs, create songs, or combine the features that suit your family.
How do the QR codes work?
After recording or uploading a memory in Legacy Studio, select Generate QR Code. You can print the code or download it for a book page, recipe card, photograph, or keepsake. Scanning it opens the linked memory.
Can family members use the Studio from different countries?
Yes. Authorized relatives can sign in online with the family account email and password from anywhere in the world. Only share the credentials with people you trust.
Who can enter my family's Legacy Studio?
Only someone who has the correct family email address and password can sign in. People without those sign-in details cannot enter your family's private Studio. Each customer account and its stored memories are kept separate from other customer accounts.
Are different customers' recordings kept separate?
Yes. Each signed-in customer uses a private account and personal storage area. One customer should not be able to retrieve another customer's recordings.
